Shipping + Returns
Shipping Policy
At SAAN Rituals, we pack and send orders 2 to 3 times per week. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will typically be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped through Australia Post.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or customs clearance processes.
In cases where delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the cost of return shipping and resending the package will be your responsibility. SAAN Rituals is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to these circumstances.

Refunds & Returns

OILS & SPRAYS
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. We will happily accept a return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. Should any damage have occurred SAAN Rituals must be contacted via email hello@saanrituals.com within 4 days of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification and proof of purchase.

Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.

CLOTHING
​We want you to love your SAAN Rituals products! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items purchased directly from our website, saanrituals.com

Return Eligibility:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Original proof of purchase and reason for return must be provided.

Please email hello@saanrituals.com before returning an item. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at hello@saanrituals.com with details and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve the matter promptly.

Please note: Due to the high concentration of organic ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma and texture may occur between batches reflecting the uniqueness of each harvest.

Lost or stolen items
SAAN Rituals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped from our facility. Please contact us and the shipping carrier directly if you feel your package has been lost or stolen.
